Following the loss of his friend and brother-in-law John Houston in 1997, Phil McKay along with a group of family and friends got together to host a Golf Tournament. All proceeds would go to the Canadian Cancer Society for Cancer Research in John's memory. Due to the overwhelming success this has become an ANNUAL event.
The concept behind this tournament is to promote a family type atmosphere encouraging all levels of golfers. The real winners are not the group of four with the best score for the day. It is everyone in attendance, everyone that contributes to our prize table, all of our sponsors, and everyone that volunteers to help, it is our famililies working together for a common cause. WE ALL WIN!!
Since its inception in 1998, the FAC Golf Tournament has been a fun-filled way of raising over $41,000 for cancer research!

We would like to extend a very personal thank you to everyone who participates and would like to encourage you to join us this year!
